Retained by Las Vegas Motor Speedway and a private law firm, WT staff has examined, evaluated and commented on the accident occurred during a Major EDC event in Las Vegas. Having attended the site inspection, observed the reconstructed TRAM trailer runs along the roadway segment where the accident likely occurred, WT staff expressed opinions, which helped to reject the claims made by the plaintiff and dismiss the lawsuit.

As a consultant, advisor and expert witness, WT staff was retained by WGR to participate in the DOE Proceeding to review the DOE Contracts, correspondences, data and documents related to the dispatching and operation of school buses for special need children in New York City. Written briefs were provided based on the network simulation and route optimization performed.
